Merlin Basic Hm Carbon Mast, Series 1

This is our ultimate, top specification and championship winning Merlin mast. Manufactured from HR40, this high modulus carbon allows us to make a stiffer, lighter spar using a small, 45mm inside diameter tube with less windage. Also made from carbon is the sail track, spreader bracket, spreaders and gooseneck. Our unique CNC controlled MFM construction process is the most consistent available meaning that you know your mast will deliver the same bend and performance intended by your sailmaker. Preg-preg materials are used to reduce resin content to a minimum, auto-clave curing provides the best possible consolodation of the laminate. Supplied in basic form ready to be completed to your specification by one of our expert dealers.
