UK Shipping

Standard shipping: £5.95

Due to some product’s length or handling requirements, shipping options are arranged manually to find a suitable and cost-effective solution.

To request a shipping quote for these items, email ecom@seldenmast.co.uk with your delivery address. We will respond within 1–2 working days. You are under no obligation to proceed until you have accepted the quote.

International Shipping

Standard shipping: £15
Estimated delivery: 4–6 working days

Oversized items: £150
Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days

Shipping arranged by quote applies to extreme oversized items.

Collection from Factory

UK customers may collect orders free of charge from our factory in Gosport. This option is available at checkout and is only available to UK customers paying UK VAT. Collection is not available to international customers.

We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect. Please do not travel to the factory before receiving this confirmation. If you have any questions about your collection, please contact us at ecom@seldenmast.co.uk.

Dispatch Timeframes

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Out of Stock and Back Orders

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. You may choose to wait, or cancel your order for a full refund. Where an order contains multiple items, we will hold the full order until all items are available unless you request otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties, and VAT

International shipments are supplied on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means we are responsible for delivering goods to your address, but all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance costs at the destination are your responsibility.

Prices shown to international customers are displayed in local currency and exclude UK VAT. UK VAT is not charged on international orders, but you may be liable for import VAT or equivalent local taxes upon delivery.

You are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Import VAT
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Brokerage charges

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information may be charged to you.

Failed Delivery, Refused Shipments, and Uncollected Goods

If a shipment is:

  • Refused
  • Not collected
  • Returned due to unpaid customs fees
  • Returned due to incorrect address

you remain responsible for all resulting costs.

These costs may include:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Carrier fees
  • Administrative costs

These costs may be deducted from any refund.

If goods are seized, destroyed by customs, or otherwise cannot be recovered (for example due to non-payment of customs duties), we regret that no refund will be payable. We will notify you if we become aware that this situation has occurred.

Damaged Shipments

You must report damaged goods within 7 working days of delivery.

Partial Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments.
