The needle taper offers the smallest and most flexible top mast available providing more gust response and ')whip') above the hounds compared to other manufacturers. Cumulus is our most popular mast section and in 470 has already won many medals and championships. With the needle taper performance is further optimised through a more dynamic bend profile. Supplied complete and ready to win off-the-shelf, or contact Seldén to customise with extended goosenecks, halyard locks, alternative tube weights and fittings positions. Add a rigging pack if required.
