Phantom Complete Hm Carbon Mast, Series 2

This is our top specification Phantom mast but manufactured from T800 intermediate carbon instead of HR40 high modulus. T800 is stronger, more durable and more economic than HR40, but not as stiff. To compensate we use our Series 2 tooling with a 54mm inside diameter tube. This still delivers light weight and low windage, but on a slightly larger and more durable tube. Stiffness is matched to the high modulus version. Our unique CNC controlled MFM construction process is the most consistent available meaning that you know your mast will deliver the same bend and performance intended by your sailmaker. Preg-preg materials are used to reduce resin content to a minimum, auto-clave curing provides the best possible consolodation of the laminate. Sail track is also full carbon and spreaders are fully adjustable. This spar is supplied complete and ready to rig.
