Outhaul On/Off Lever

Lightweight aluminium lever for an on/off outhaul system. This lever is the fasted way to release the outhaul when turning downwind and tightening when turning upwind. Positioned at the inboard end of the boom it is operated by the crew while hoisting or lowering the spinnaker.
